RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PawSafe Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first.

As a dropshipping business, return addresses may vary depending on the product supplier and warehouse location. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address, if applicable.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective item
• The wrong item

We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Used products
• Products not in original condition
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Personalized or customized items
• Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please contact us for assistance.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, card issuers, PayPal, or payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
